Key focus areas included: health, education social justice, community engagement, government, and faith based ogranizations.

  • Benchmarking

    Provide benchmarking that involves assessing an organization’s efforts comparing them to best practices, industry standards, and peer organizations. This helps an organization to measure their progress, identify areas for improvement, and set achievable goals to enhance organizational goals. This is done through establishing baselines, identifying best practices, setting benchmarks, data collection and analysis, comparative analysis, communication and transparency, and continuous improvement.

  • Consulting

    Work with organizations to create a more inclusive and equitable environment. Offer guidance, support, and strategies to help foster diversity, promote equal opportunity, and create inclusive cultures. This is done through assessment and analysis, strategic planning, training and education, policy/procedure review and development, recruitment/retention strategies, leadership development, data collection/analysis, sustainability, and legal compliance.

  • Educational Design

    Create resources to enhance a responsive, practical, and reflective organization focused on cultural inclusivity with a goal to continuously evolve as society evolves and promoting social justice. Focus is on collaboration and partnerships, cultural humility, psychological safety, needs assessment, universal curriculum designs, self-reflection and self-awareness, open communication and transparency, inclusive teams, and continuous learning.

  • Presentations

    Create presentations to engage and educate audiences. Presentations include real life examples, interactive elements to encourage participation, compelling visuals, developing actions items, encouragement.of self-reflection, discussion of legal frameworks, policies, and regulations related to topics covered, and opportunity to share stories, and cultivate empathy.

  • Strategic Planning

    Assist the organization with aligning core values for continuous assessment, improvement, and commitment to social justice. A key focus on transparency and reporting, acknowledging global perspectives, creating leadership commitment, establishing clear goals, assessing the current behaviors and attitudes, involving internal and external communities in the process, developing an action plan, training and development, and creating metrics to measure effectiveness.
